HMRC have issued three help cards to assist with three main areas of the TRS:
- Closing a trust (20240607 Closing a Trust);
- Updating a trust from a non-tax paying trust to a taxable trust (20240607 Updating Trust from NTP to TP); and
- Obtaining proof of TRS registration (20240607 Trusts POR).
