The Loan Capital & Capital Markets Committee of TACT – The Association of Corporate Trustees has been invited to join LIBOR Trade Association Working Party. This working group allows trade associations to provide and share updates on developments in relation to the global transition from LIBOR to alternative reference rates.
Helena Giles, Chair of the Loan Capital & Capital Markets Committee of TACT, stated “It is important that Trustees work with other market participants in these discussions to assist in finding solutions”
